The Discovery Art Fair Cologne 2022 (DAF Cologne) took place from 28 April to 01 May 2022 at the XPOST in Cologne. KunstLux was very happy to be there and finally participating in a live fair again.

KunstLux itself was presenting a special series especially for the Discovery Art Fair entitled "Cologne Urban Vibes". Cologne motifs are captured from completely different perspectives and imbued with a pulsating movement - urban vibe. Monumental buildings meet nature and light. The artist Thomas Lux avoids the fragmentation of the landscape usually found in his work. He concentrates fully on the object and its perspective representation with an urban natural influence. Graffiti elements complement Thomas Lux's usual acrylic mixed media technique and underline the modern urban character of the paintings.

The discovery art fair 2021 has been postponed to 2022 (April 29 to May 01, 2022) to be on the safe side. Instead, there will be an interesting online presence from June 24, 2021. This year, there will probably still be a Discovery Art fair in Frankfurt. As a fair for young and modern art with the target group of young or new collectors and art enthusiasts, the DAF regularly attracts nearly 100 galleries and artists as exhibitors and in the upper 4-digit range visitors. KunstLux is looking forward and will of course be there in 2022. Hope to see you in April 2022!

Art3f took place on 15th until 17th of November 2019 in Brussels. One of the leading artfairs for international contemporary and young art. KunstLux was part of the art3f. New artworks could be seen on the booth of Van Gogh Art Gallery.
